There are various reasons why a client's application could be denied including discrepancies with their social security number, their name, date of birth, etc... In most cases, providing additional supporting documentation can help.
Please have your client contact the Support team through the Connect panel in their app to learn more about why their application was denied. Some applications do have the ability to be re-reviewed for approval.
Sole Proprietorship Application Denial
Due to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, we are unable to share the specific questions or responses that lead to the denial decision. However, some sole proprietorship applications are denied when responses suggest the business may not be operating within the United States.
If You Believe This Was an Error...
If your client's business is operating within the U.S., at our discretion, we can remove their previous denied application so they can reapply. Have them contact our Support at member@livecurrence.com or through the Connect panel in their app to learn more about why their application was denied.
Once the denied application is removed, you will need to send your client a new invitation through the Strategist Portal so that they may complete a new application using the same login credentials.
When reapplying, ensure your client reviews their responses carefully—especially questions related to U.S. business ties and countries of operation.
