What are the options available if I am no longer working with a client that I am connected to on Currence?

If you are no longer working with your Currence client, we can remove them from your Client List and replace them with the Currence Cash Flow Coach. This allows your former client to access Currence without a Strategist. They will maintain access to the app and can still access the Currence Support team if they need help, they just will not have a designated Strategist.

When switching to Currence Cash Flow Coach, please note that Currence does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided by Currence or our Customer Support team is for general informational purposes only.

If your client plans to work with an existing Currence Strategist, send us a message from within your Strategist Portal and we can make the adjustment after confirming the switch with the new Strategist and your client. You will need to provide the new Strategist's name and email.
