Dillon Szmala started his career as a Financial Coach 5 years ago immediately after graduating from SUNY Geneseo. Last year, he joined his mentors, Vince D’Addona and Danny Salazar, at Valent Wealth. Since then, he has seen his business expand and owes a great deal of his success to the team and the support he receives from the organization.
Professionally, Dillon is best known for Maximizing Cash Flow for both rising professionals and business owners. He loves working with ambitious, steadfast families and helping them create and accomplish futures they never thought possible.
Personally, Dillon was born and raised on Long Island where he now lives with his Fiancé, Jordan, and is preparing for a wedding in September! In his free time Dillon loves a good all-inclusive vacation, visiting family in Rochester and Arizona, golfing, and enjoying the beach in the summer.
